We knew you’d all be excited by this news and we’re excited by it too. Finally, open practise is back! Starting on the 30th of August at the usual times of 11:00 until 15:00. Obviously, we require everyone who comes to these sessions to obey all the current Covid-19 regulations that are published on our website and the British Radio Car Association guidelines. If you need clarification on whats required, please message us.

Booking in will be on a first come, first served basis. With a limit on numbers to comply with social distancing.

For those who haven’t been to one of these super chilled sessions… fear not. They’re a relaxed way of getting that RC fix on a weekend, with like minded people. Run as an open practise session (with timing if you want it) it’s a great way of trying those tweaks you never have time for on a race night. Experimenting with tyres. Learning new ideas and having a good time trackside.

The sessions are hosted by Val, who has many years experience in the RC world and run from 11:00-15:00 every Sunday; rain or shine (although that doesn’t matter indoors). So, if you want to get down and do some testing, book on in with the following link! Sessions are limited to 10 people in total (each person coming must book in – this includes any children) and please, please, please, read and understand the Covid-19 document on the website. Do it, or lose it!

If you book in and then can’t attend, don’t fret. Just “request a refund” via the email you receive upon booking in, or message one of the FoD committee who will action your request. We’re expecting a wait list to be in operation!
