“I’d like to point out that this is literally just an example of what we COULD do.

These plans are in NO WAY set in stone.

The only part of this rough, draft, plan is the width of the West-East sides. 17m, unless we can convince the council to move a fence they spent £1000s on, but we definitely can’t move the ditch on the Eastern edge, as the tree line is forestry owned.

The rostrum could be shifted to the South for sure, and we can go as far to the North as we want with the off-road.

With the off-road, the area we’re thinking of for it, is going to be the easiest and quickest part of the site to clear (the south side is very bracken filled!), which means we can get racing on site quicker!

I’m planning on heading down the site on the 28th (next weekend) to take a proper poke and prod of the ground to see what’s underneath all the fauna. If anyone wants to join me, you’re more than welcome to. Time yet to be decided!

As I’ve said, this is purely an example. This is NOT the final plans.”
