The Forest Raceway Annual General Meeting takes place on Monday 2 November 2026 at Forest Oak Farm, alongside our regular Pay & Play evening. All members are encouraged to attend and have their say on the future direction of the club.

Our Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity to look back at the past year, discuss how the club is run and consider ideas for the future.

This year’s AGM will take place during our Monday evening Pay & Play session. The track will be available for open practice until 7pm, when we will pause proceedings for the meeting. Once the AGM has concluded, we’ll get the cars back on track for the rest of the evening before packing away.

What’s on the agenda?

A number of proposals have been submitted by club members for discussion at this year’s AGM. These cover a range of subjects, including racing classes, club organisation, equipment, track development and driver development.

Some of the proposals include:

  • Brushless GT / Group C – discussion around introducing a Brushless GT class.
  • Blinky Touring Car – proposals for a combined class.
  • Club Stores – improving organisation and safety around club equipment.
  • Indoor Carpet – looking at moving and storing the carpet.
  • Outdoor Track – discussing a plan of action for the outdoor facility.
  • TT-01 Stock Touring Car – reviewing gearing.
  • Youth Representative & Driver Development – exploring ways to support younger drivers.
  • Minimum Entries in a Heat – considering what happens when a class has fewer than four entries.
  • Steam Mills Site Plan – looking at opportunities for the outdoor site and its future development.

These are member-submitted proposals for discussion, not decisions that have already been made.

You can read the full details of every proposal on our dedicated AGM page:
